We are committed to a happy, healthy, and fun lifestyle. It can be so easy to be depressed or have anxiety in this world. We are adapting a “live for today” attitude because it puts us in the ‘now’ moment so we can enjoy the Now. So often we think of what happened in the past and what we need to do in the future but not live for today. We must savor the right now moments of pleasure because they will soon be in the past and we can’t bring the past back. As a challenge to yourself, go somewhere nice like a park or forest and without your phone (I know!), just take in all of its beauty- the sights, the smells, the feelings and enjoy that moment. You will feel so much better!
